Founded in 2013 in Paris, KAPLAN manages film & TV production revenues.
In a legal and financial complex environment, we ensure proper revenue allocation between all production rightholders: scriptwriters, actors, and financial partners. We administer production royalties and secondary rights for around forty European production companies.

Laetitia joined the team in 2019 and graduated from the Master in Management of ESSEC Business School. She is in charge of the financial management of the company and coordinates new projects.

Cathy joined Kaplan in 2020 and has graduated in Master in Management from Audencia. Besides rights management, Cathy helps with collective coordination, improving processes and relations with international collective management rights companies.

Camille graduated of the Law, Economics and Audiovisual Management Master's degree from the Sorbonne and holds the Certificate of Lawyer Profession. She is currently focusing on business tasks before taking on cross-functional responsibilities.

Thomas joined Kaplan in 2023. He graduated from the School of Management IESEG and has a Master in Digital, Medias et Cinema the Law from La Sorbonne. Besides right managements, he is in charge of IT management. He is a member of Kaplan's Mission Committee.

Véronique joined Kaplan as a manager of audiovisual and neighbouring rights. For nearly 15 years, she has managed neighbouring rights cases and the settlement of accounts for co-productions and authors on behalf of various producers. She has extensive experience as a management controller and project manager in the audiovisual and publishing sectors.

Léa holds a Magistère in Information and Communication Technology from the University of Poitiers and a Master’s degree in Law, Economics and Management of the Audiovisual Sector from the Sorbonne. She joined Kaplan as a manager of audiovisual revenue and neighbouring rights, but is also responsible for the company’s communications and for overseeing initiatives relating to Kaplan’s ‘Mission-Driven Company’ quality programme.

Jérémie, who is currently studying for a Master’s 2 in Digital Media & Cinema at Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University, has been taken on by Kaplan as a work-study student! For the next year, he will be responsible for projects relating to the management of neighbouring rights for our clients’ catalogues.
